I grew up in Lydenburg and began playing guitar at the age of 11. Since then, I’ve gained extensive experience performing in bands, leading worship, writing original music and releasing music under the stage name Ligskyn.

In 2024, I earned an NQF4 certificate from the Campus of Performing Arts (COPA), majoring in bass guitar and vocals. After relocating to Pretoria, I became active in the local music scene and currently perform as the permanent bassist for Afrikaans artist Christiaan Baartman.

I teach guitar, bass guitar, vocals, ukulele and piano. I’m willing to travel to students’ homes throughout Pretoria East and Centurion, although I also offer lessons from my location in Wierda Park. With a strong passion for music and real-world performance experience, I aim to inspire every student and help them grow confidently in their musical journey.
